  1. I don’t usually wear a lot of makeup and I prefer a natural look. Why do I need to hire a makeup artist?
    • I completely understand how you feel!  My personal aesthetic is a natural look.  I have years of color theory understanding which is crucial in matching your foundation to your skin tone.  The art is in applying only as much product as necessary.
  2. I’m on a budget, do you offer a la carte service?  What if I just want my eyes/lips/foundation done?
    • No, unfortunately I cannot offer a la carte services.  In able to achieve a natural look, I need to consider your entire face for a harmonious makeup look.
  3. How long does it take?  What’s included in an application?
    • Each application is about 45-60 minutes.  Included with each application you’ll get: skin preparation, eyebrow shaping and filling, custom matched foundation, duo toned blush, dimensional eye shadow, water resistant eyeliner, mascara and faux lashes, custom lip color, final setting spray to last all day.
  4. If I get my makeup done in the morning, will it last all day?
    • Yes!  I use special techniques used by the pros in Cirque du Soleil who sweat throughout their performance.  The products and techniques that I use have been put to the test by myself personally.
  5. What type of makeup do you use?
    • I use only high end cosmetic brands that are trusted in the makeup industry. See image below.
  6. How much does it cost to hire you as my professional makeup artist?
    • The price of services depends on many factors including travel time and the number of people.  My pricing is simple and very competitive.  Please call or message so we can discuss further.
  7. How I reserve my date with you?
    • To reserve, only $200 is needed to purchase a nonrefundable retainer on my booking site. It goes towards your final balance.
  8. Can I make installments to my balance?
    • Yes!  You can make payments as frequently as you want and at your convenience through the invoice I send you.
  9. Can I book my date without having a trial first?
    • Absolutely you can!  Dates are limited and it’s best to reserve when you can.
  10. Is a makeup trial really necessary?
    • Yes, I highly recommend booking a trial.  During this time, we will discuss in great detail your makeup, your skin, your plans for getting ready the day of.  We will finalize shadow color and shape, lip color, foundation color, eye lash style.  This is truly key for a complete look.
  11. How far in advance should I book you?
    • It’s never too early to book.  To be fair to everyone, I book first come first served.
  12. Do you travel on location for my wedding?
    • Yes!  Often times, it’s easier for me to go to you, your venue, or even your hotel.  Anywhere really.
  13. Do you charge extra to travel?
    • Yes.  Gas is increasingly expensive and it is not fixed into the price of the makeup application.
